Does Diabetic patients are more likely to get Covid-19?



COVID19, it is clear that the virus affects people in different ways and the severity of symptoms varies. This is especially true for people who have an existing disease or whose immune system is more difficult to fight off the disease.

 In some people with diabetes, this condition affects the body's ability to make or use the hormone insulin to lower the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood, and is more likely to contract COVID19.       

We don't think that people with diabetes are more susceptible to COVID19 than the general population.
